Pain, suffering, loss, and disappointments are a part of every human life.

 

Therapy can be conducted in either family, couple, or individual sessions with both children and adults. Sessions are typically held once a week for about an hour and can go on for just a month or even years for long-term issues. It requires both the therapist and the client to be fully engaged and to work together as a team to help you gain the most benefits. Anything you share with me or any therapist is confidential.

It is hard to ask for help.

Opening your heart to another person and sharing your suffering in therapy takes a lot of courage.

Doing this first step is the most difficult but is surely rewarding.
